By signing this contract you insure my services will be used on the above date. If for some reason you need to cancel I require two weeks notice, otherwise your security deposit of $50.00 becomes non-refundable. In order to have your day and my day run smoothly I require final count of people for hair and make-up services two weeks in advance, otherwise your security deposit of $50.00 becomes non-refundable. If there should be any last minute cancellations I will charge full price for those who cancelled.
